Over the pass one year stock selection has been a successful one but not much profit were made in klse due to the frequent switch of fund.
If i practice buy and hold this year, i will get average return of 42%. My plan for this year is to hold the existing and keep more cash to buy axreits if happen to have the yield of 12 - 20 %.

1.Study Carefully and Buy In
2. Stat the reasons why we should buy in and know what is the buying type. Buying at the cheap price
3. Less Action or No Action after buying in untill the water boiled.
4. Forgot the stock after buying in/ as buying in a stock is a pleasure is not a stress.
5.Buying timing is usually correct , but selling timing is not correct.
6. Do not over react if one or 2 quarter stock is underperform. There are many reason like economy cycle as long as the management is good then it will be good.
7. Strong detemination to hold the stocks , not easily buy in or sell out.
8.Do not watch the live quote so often.

1. Hevea Fibrebord -Buying because of good fundamentals, change in fundamentals and earning improve. Buying price 75cents , the earning is 19.5cent 3 quarter, Estimate full year of 24.5cents thus translate to most conservative PE 7 . RM 1.71 = 128 %
Sold - 1.03
2. Mulpha - Goldman sachs is holding 6.8% of it shares. Election Theme play and Syndicate play and Property play. Buying price 58.1 cents. Target to achieve at least 1.00 . - Sold 0.585
Will forgot the stock untill election announced.
