Mr Market

Benjamin Graham used an imaginary investor called Mr Market to demonstrate his point that a wise investor chooses investments on their fundamental value rather than on the opinions of others or the direction of the markets.Graham does not conclude from Mr Market’s wild behaviour that market fluctuations should be ignored. They can be valuable as an indicator that something is going wrong, or right, with the investment.However, their true significance, in Graham’s words is that "they provide … an opportunity to buy wisely when prices fall sharply and to sell wisely when they advance a great deal". Warren Buffett considers that Graham’s views on market fluctuations warrant "special attention" from the investor.

1）粮草充足：你用来买股票的资金，必须是数年之内不必动用的储蓄，这样你才有可能作持久战，能持久，方能胜多败少。

2）武器精良：你的武器就是股市和你所投资的企业有深入的认识。坚持不了解，或有疑虑，就宁愿错过，不愿买错。

3）策略正确：反向、反向、反向、机会是熊市中，不是在牛市中

4）在买进之前，问自己：如果此股大跌，我敢买进更多吗？

5）只买五星级股票：五星级饭店是最好的饭店，五星级股票是最优秀的股票。

6）以简御系：最简单的招数，最有效，若自用聪明，所要不过花拳绣腿，好看不管用。动作越少越好。

7）建立自己的风格，走自己的道路，不要学别人。记住，尽管千千万万人要学巴菲特，但世界毕竟没有出现第二个巴菲特。

8）要把你的信念化为行动，切记纸上谈兵

無論前路如何，只要做足準備，將資產適度分散，努力工作，平常心看待經濟發展，珍惜與家人相處的時間，生活質素還是會不斷改善的。適當分配資產、不舉債、持續買入優質龍頭企業投資主調仍然簡單，我認為未來兩三年是買入歐美金融股的絕佳時間，會繼續伺機買進。16/09/20091. 適當地分散投資於不同行業、資產類別是能否置富的關鍵。

John Templeton Investing Philosophy

A) Rejecting technical analysis as a method for investing, Templeton says, "You must be a fundamentalist to be really successful in the market."

B) Invest---don't trade or speculate. The stock market is not a casino, but if you move in and out of stocks every time they move a point or two, the market will be your casino. And you may lose eventually---or frequently.

C) Buy Value, not market trends or the economic outlook. Ultimately, it is the individual stocks that determine the market, not vice versa. Individual stocks can rise in a bear market and fall in a bull market. So buy individual stocks, not the market trend or the economic outlook.
